How do I create my first shipment?+
Sign up, complete KYC, add a warehouse pickup point, then use Create Order from your dashboard to book a courier.
How does COD remittance work?+
When a COD order is delivered, the collected amount appears in your wallet summary. You can redeem eligible COD balance into your ShipSeva wallet.
How can I track a shipment?+
Use Track Shipment on our website with your AWB number, or open the order in your dashboard and use the track action.
What if my wallet balance is low?+
Add money via UPI or payment gateway from the Wallet page. Shipments are debited from your available balance when booked.
How do I get API access?+
API integrations are available for approved business accounts. Contact us with your use case and volume estimates.
