These Terms govern use of Shipseva and www.shipseva.com.
Accounts
Users must register and provide accurate information.
Services
Shipseva offers PTL, surface courier and air courier services for B2B and B2C customers.
Payments
Payments may be made through online methods, UPI, bank transfer, COD and payment gateways.
Weight Discrepancies
Verified differences in declared and actual shipment weight or dimensions may result in additional charges which may be recovered from the customer wallet or other payment methods.
Prohibited Goods
Illegal goods, explosives, hazardous materials, narcotics, weapons, currency, precious metals, live animals and restricted items are not accepted.
Insurance
Insurance is optional and subject to applicable terms.
Termination
Shipseva may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, false information, non-payment or policy violations.
Liability
ShipSeva's liability is subject to applicable law and service conditions.
Website Security
Unauthorized access, hacking attempts and misuse of the platform are prohibited and may result in legal action.
List of Banned or Prohibited Products
The following items are not accepted for shipment on Shipseva. Sending prohibited goods may result in account suspension and legal action.
Dangerous Goods
- Oil-based paint and thinners (flammable liquids)
- Industrial solvents
- Insecticides, garden chemicals (fertilizers, poisons)
- Lithium batteries
- Magnetized materials
- Machinery (chain saws, outboard engines containing fuel or that have contained fuel)
- Fuel for camp stoves, lanterns, torches or heating elements
- Automobile batteries
- Infectious substances
- Any compound, liquid or gas that has toxic characteristics
- Bleach
- Flammable adhesives
- Arms and ammunitions
- Dry ice (Carbon Dioxide, Solid)
- Narcotic Substances
- Pressurized Containers
Restricted Items
- Precious stones, gems and jewellery
- Uncrossed (bearer) drafts / cheque, currency and coins
- Poison
- Firearms, explosives and military equipment.
- Hazardous and radioactive material
- Foodstuff and liquor
- Any pornographic material
- Hazardous chemical item
These terms may be amended from time to time.
